What format are the photos in?
All Black Lab Studio images are printed on either archival quality photographic paper using archival photographic inks/dyes or by archival silver halide wet print process.

How are the images/products shipped?
We ship all of our products through the USPS. If a rush is required we may choose an alternative shipper, UPS or FedEx.

Can I purchase gifts using one of my photos?
Yes. We can use your image if you would like to order a gift item. As long as you own the Rights to your image we can use it to produce your gift. Please contact us directly to make arrangements for using your image.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. If the product that was purchased was not to your satisfaction we will gladly offer a substitute or correct the issue with the original product.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Black Lab Studio photos that I purchased?
Yes. Even though you purchased the print(s), Black Lab Studio still holds the Rights to the image(s). You can not reproduce the image(s) in any way shape or form without the permission of Black Lab Studio. If it is found that the image was reproduced without Black Lab Studio's consent you will be in violation of Federal Copyright laws.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
